But we can serve our country, by helping in our little ways to make our fair land lovely and our people save and gay. Although we are children, We can fill our country's needs by being true Filipinos In thoughts, words and deeds.

The Danger of Modernization

Modernization brings about new ways of doing things, more free time for family members to do other things, less diseases, and a wide range of other possibilities that may make family life easier and better.

However, modernization can also be the source of new dangers. Ecological imbalance, noise, pollution, health hazards in the form of pills, additives and preservatives in foods that pose danger to the health. All these would definitely make you think twice whether to work for modernization or against it.

Art and Life

Arts are powerful means to reform man, to change our deviant behavior into social order and to overcome our feelings of loneliness, uncertainty, and restlessness.

Our imagination is seldom more satisfied than through the recreation in ourselves of the beautiful themes, characters, motifs, and events by artist and their creations. Art is very much a part of our lives. Artist have always shown a deep concern about life around them.

We cannot ignore its presence because all these things are part of mans effort to transform their environment into a more interesting place to live in.
