Composition

What is made of? The composition of an object helps as visialize it. A ball of aluminum does not look the same as a ball of yarn. A piece of rocks gives a different impressionthan does a pile of straw. A brick building looks different from a steel, wood, or glass building. Sometimes you refer to what the objects seems like rather than what it is. An object can appear metallic even if it is not made of metal. Spun glass can have a woodly texture. Nylon can be smooth and soft, as in stockings, or hard and shorp as in toothbrush britles.
